Traditional meditation workshops often teach rigid practices that require stillness in a way that's not always accessible to folks with trauma histories. At the end of day, healing is about wholeness — and sometimes it’s not a return, but building a whole new foundation.
There are multiple avenues to a meditation practice— some are formal, some are casual, some are listening to Beyoncé.
So we created this for our fellow traumatized baddies who’re dreamers and world-builders at heart <3
are getting in your way.
